Disclose, don’t perform
- The family therapist is not a licensed clinician.In crisis, abuse, or suicidal thoughts — emergency services (112 / 911).
- Breathing and meditation are standalone tools, not a replacement for therapy; fully local.
- Journal: mood and “how much it matters” are yours, not generated; the companion doesn’t infer emotions for you.
- The companion is a voice, not a person. It doesn't perform feelings it doesn't have.
